Refund policy
Returns
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Returns must be approved before being sent.
After your request is confirmed, we will provide the correct return address.
As we do not operate warehouses or offices outside China, all approved returns must be sent to our return address in China.
Returns sent without prior contact or to any other address cannot be accepted.
Returned items must be returned as the complete original pack in their original condition. Returns of partial packs are not accepted.
Return Shipping
Unless the item arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
As international return shipping costs vary by country, we recommend checking the shipping cost before sending an item back.
We also recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot issue a refund for returns that are lost during transit.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
The original shipping cost is not refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include photos of the item, the packaging and the shipping label so that we can review the issue and provide a suitable solution.
Natural Materials
Some of our buttons are made from natural materials such as horn, corozo and mother of pearl shell.
Natural materials may show slight variations in color, grain, texture and thickness. These are natural characteristics of the material and are not considered defects.
Please note that natural materials may also vary slightly between different production batches.
Product Colors
We make every effort to present product colors as accurately as possible.
However, colors may appear slightly different due to lighting, photography or individual screen settings. Minor color differences are not considered defects.
Product Sizes & Selection
Please review the product photos, sizes and descriptions carefully before placing your order.
Button sizes are measured in millimetres (mm), and inch measurements are approximate conversions provided for reference only.
Buttons of the same diameter may vary slightly in thickness depending on the material and style.
If you are unsure whether a button is suitable for your project, please feel free to contact us before placing your order.
Returns requested because an incorrect size, style or color was selected are accepted in accordance with this policy, but the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or we sent the wrong item.
